La agrupación El Foco es oriunda de la zona oeste del Gran Buenos Aires y comienzan sus ensayos durante 2010. Un año después, debutan en vivo como trío en la localidad de Ramos Mejía. Durante ese mismo 2011 incluyen un armoniquista y voz solista. Así formados ingresan a estudios a registrar su primer EP “Nubes de Cromo”. El mismo incluye cuatro composiciones propias. En 2012 tienen una intensa actividad en vivo presentándose en diversos lugares de su zona de influencia y la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. 2013 es un año de cambios para El Foco debido a que terminan el mismo como cuarteto con dos guitarras (uno hace de vocalista también) y sin la armónica. Llegan así al año 2014, el cual lo dedican mayormente al registro de su primer álbum de larga duración “Caminante”. Con la finalización del LP hacia octubre, nuevamente hay un recambio en la formación, dado que pasan a ser un quinteto, incluyendo un nuevo guitarrista y liberando de esa responsabilidad a quien cantaba y tocaba el mismo instrumento. 2015 es el año de mayor actividad para El Foco con más de treinta shows en diversos puntos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y la Capital Federal. En forma independiente se publica “Caminante” y llegan al 2016 con presentaciones en las provincias de Chubut y San Luis, entre otras. Ese mismo año se reedita a nivel nacional y virtual “Caminante”, debido al acuerdo con Pulmonar Recordables. A su vez, se filma y edita el video clip “Es Por Mi”, primer corte de difusión del larga duración.

The group El Foco is from the west of Gran Buenos Aires and began its career in 2010. A year later, it debuted (as a trio) live in the city of Ramos Mejia. During the same 2011 it included a harmonica and lead vocals. Thus formed, it entered to studios to record its first EP “Nubes de Cromo”. This includes four own compositions. In 2012 it has an intense live activity appearing in various places of its area of influence and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. 2013 is a year of change for El Foco because it ended up as a quartet with two guitars (one as a lead singer too) without the harmonica. So it arrived at 2014, which was mostly dedicated to record its first full-length album “Caminante”. With the completion of the LP by October, again, there is a turnover in its line-up since became a quintet, including a new guitarist and releasing of that responsibility that sang and played the same instrument previously. 2015 is the year of an increased activity for El Foco, with over thirty shows in various parts of the Province of Buenos Aires and Capital Federal. By its own way, “Caminante” was published and the band reached the 2016 with presentations in the provinces like Chubut or San Luis, among others. That same year it reissues “Caminante” at national and virtual level due to the agreement with Pulmonar Recordables. At the same time, it is filmed and edited the video clip for “Es Por Mi”, the first cut of its Long Play
