BIOGRAPHY Albedrío was formed in December 2001 at the initiative of Martin Guerra (bass and vocals) alongside Fernando Grosso (drums) and Juan Grosso (guitar). Throughout the 2002 they composed their own songs and spend time rehearsing to reach the March 8, 2003 , the date of their live debut in Loca Bohemia club from Buenos Aires. Since then it happened several presentations, being a highlighted one those which served as the opening act to Larry Zavala (former Nepal) and their participation in the Buenos Aires Under Fest II. By July of the same year they entered in 3 × 2 studios, to record their first independent production, the EP named “CristoSucción”. That EP included the following compositions: ” Decires por Decires “, “Cuatro Vientos”, “Seguiré caminando” and “CristoSucción”. Although things started to work well and showed a singular Heavy Metal EP with regard to performance and composition, it was after their presentation at the Effect Metal Festival (the remembered one from a TV show) that their guitarist Juan Grosso decided to leave the band. Before the end of 2003 they found a replacement in the person of Pablo Varela. In April 2004 there was another change of members, this time on drums, Ariel D’ Amore entered instead of Fernando Grosso. Finally, also in the same year , they decided to release their EP “CristoSucción” independently, after a few mixing process. At this point, the group faced the live activity and the remarkable concerts were those with Mastifal (who had released ” From Darkness ” ) and with Serpentor in the legendary and now defunct Cemento club.In 2005 the group was reformed with a new drummer, Maximiliano “Nacho” Chiruzzo, with whom they continued performing live, despite the difficulties that had the scene under post- CroMagnon. Concerts in Salto (Buenos Aires) or others in the City and the Greater Buenos Aires, confirmed Albedrio as a “live” group. By the time they took advantage to spread their name with the inclusion of their own songs in compilations such as Jedbangers No 11 (the renowned magazine of the genre), NORTE Fanzine compilation (Jujuy), which was released outside the borders of our country. Again it was a change of drummer, so in that position entered Esteban Gobello. The year of 2006 was entirely dedicated to the live activity, highlighting new presentations in Salto Argentino and the city of Junín. 2007 continued with the same dynamics of the previous year and they begun the recording of “Costanegra”, for inclusion in a compilation of international level. Shared concerts with Predador, Razones Conscientes or Serpentor, continued to spread their borders reaching this time the city of La Plata. The year 2008 saw the consolidation of the lineup with the admission of Rafael Barrera Oro as drummer and as a permanent member. Live activity continued, this time including the province of Santa Fe, with a show in Venado Tuerto city. March of 2009 discovered them in the Virtual Studios to record their first album “A quien Corresponda” under the production of Emiliano Obregón (Lörihen). This album was released under their own record label, which was founded for the occasion, under the name of Pulmonar Recordables. At the same time it was released the international compilation including their song “Costanegra”, along with renowned artists of the genre such as Mastodon, Kotipelto and Shadows Fall. Since then the group took the intense live activity, in order to present “A Quien Corresponda”. The next two years they were giving several shows supporting their debut LP. The highlighted ones were those provided in the context of self -managed festivals “Apoya el Under” and their first crossing to Republica Oriental del Uruguay in order to play in front of the audience of its federal district, Montevideo. In 2011 the group found a further renewal of the members and their sound with the inclusion of Diego Urbano (Charger X) as a guitarist and Javier Garcia on drums. So this line up started to consolidate alive. In 2013 the needing to record new compositions arose spontaneously. So the sessions to record their second album within Panda and Abyss studios, began. In the latter were made the final production and mixing of what eventually christened “In-Human”, which was released byPulmonar Recordables, their own record label and available physical and virtual on the PRV Label`s website. 2013 besides being the year of the release of “In-Human”, is also the witness of new live shows in support
